I had visited this family plot several times and had no idea he was here. For one thing, most of the stones are totally illegible. So here is everything I know about the plot. which is not a lot. It is also known as the "Gray Plot" if you are talking to the cemetery crew.
The map below shows the location of the plot within the Woodlawn Cemetery at New Windsor, New York. The exact coordinates of the plot are 41.476225, -74.024739.

Jay, I wanted to let you know that the Town of New Windsor let us come in and clean the Clinton stones with the same biological cleaner that is used in Arlington and nearly ALL of them are legible now. All that lichen growth is gone! However, James' stone is just too far worn away by time. Even with cleaning, we could not hardly make out his stone. We also removed the grass and grime away from the Bolton stones and they're much more readable now. Hope to post some new pictures soon. We're letting the biological growth inhibitor do its work and then we'll photograph the progress.
